FINALLY! I have finished the digital painting I’d been working on for weeks… It took me forever to do the hair…and I’m not entirely satisfied with his eyebrows, but *shrug* :)

Anyway…here it is, followed by close up detailed images (zoomed in 50%) and a flash file that shows the step by step progression, minus the first few steps because I forgot to capture them :) This post is probably not dial-up friendly ….so, please allow for time to load :) Especially the flash file.

Also, please forgive the watermarks…can never be too careful :)

Lately I've been working on an art book that will feature some of my work from 2004 to the present.  I'm just about finished with the image selection and then I'll work on the text.  The text is always the hardest part because I can never find the words to describe what I'm trying to say.  

But I will work on it and after I have my sister go over it with a fine tooth comb, I'll call it done.  For now, here's what the cover is planned to be:

Got bored again...   so over the last few days I was able to crank this one out... another Housian :)

Got a little bored the other day and decided to draw something.  I was thinking about doing this image in charcoal, but I decided that since it's been a long long time since I've painted anything, I'd paint it on the computer....
